而災民接受救助則是理直氣壯的，因為羊毛出在羊身上，說到底，國家的一切資金都是納稅人交的，政府只不過重新把這些資金調配了一下，用交稅多的「富足」公民的錢去救助了一下需要幫助之人，也沒什麼功勞可言，所以政府再做得好，也看不到什麼吹捧的報導，因為這一切都是應該的。

只可惜，這條「大道至簡至易」的道理，還沒有被更多的人所認知、接受，所以很多時候人們就只能是在問題之中去解決問題。舊的問題沒解決，新的問題又來了，永遠也找不到出路，同時不得不承受人類道德下滑後，所產生的種種惡果。能夠置身事外的，可說是少之又少了。
