According to Tianyancha App, Huawei disclosed a patent titled "A method, gateway device, system and storage medium for legal eavesdropping" on March 30. The patent number is CN110326278B and the application date was February 28, 2017.

天眼查App显示，3月30日，华为技术有限公司公布一项名称为“一种合法监听的方法、网关设备、系统、存储介质”的专利，公开号为CN110326278B，申请日期为2017年2月28日。

The patent abstract shows that this application discloses a method, device and system for lawful listening, which relates to the field of communication technology and can solve the problem that a lawful listening center cannot lawfully listen to the local shunt service data of a user device. The method comprises: a centralized gateway device receiving a listening indication sent by a lawful listening gateway device, said listening indication carrying an identification of a user device to be listened to; said centralized gateway device sending a shutdown shunt indication to said remote gateway device, said shutdown shunt indication being used to notify said remote gateway device to shut down the local shunt function of said user device, the centralized gateway device receiving the user device's service data sent by the remote gateway device and reported to the lawful listening center. This application is applicable to the process of lawful listening to the user device.
