What’s in the CCP's No. 1 Military Order? What is "Don't Hand Knives to Anti-China Forces"?

 Two days ago, on Jan 4, Xi Jinping signed the No. 1 military order, “mobilization order for military training” for 2022. This order is very different from similar orders in 2021 and 2020.
