Breathing into This Moment

Breathing into this moment

and all possibilities

as past and future fall away

from wind to sun

eased upon my skin

between a buoyancy within

and the weight of my frame.

Feeling the earth

beneath my feet

clouds passing silent

before my eyes

another day for this heart 

and mind to deepen

reaching wider than the skies.
