Good and Bad Tea 好茶與劣茶

I am continuing to fall in love with "the tea from family" purchased from Righteous Tea. One of the differences between good and bad tea, according to me, is that bad tea will soon taste unpleasantly bitter after one or two cups; whilst good tea will always taste sweet, or at most tasteless, no matter how many times you brew it. 

繼續喝來自正心茶坊的「家人茶」。今天有更多時間細細品了。我對茶「理論」上知之不多，但舌頭有一定的「實踐經驗」。好茶和劣茶的區別在哪兒呢？竊以爲，一個重要的區別是，劣茶衝過一兩泡之後，就開始發出特別令人不快的苦澀劣質味，而好茶呢？就算泡得沒味了，也不會讓你舌尖有那種不快的感覺，它會一直有淡淡的香甜感。

正心茶坊的茶顯然是好茶。
